RETURNS & EXCHANGES
While we hope you are satisfied and enjoy your purchase, we understand that shopping online can occasionally be a challenge. For that reason, we offer a 30 day return policy. Please note that after 30 days your purchase becomes a final sale, and we cannot offer a refund.
Food items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless incorrect, damaged, or defective.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in “like new” condition, the same way you received it. Returns are subject to a restocking fee. Please email csbeeshoneyco@gmail.com to start the return process.
Once authorized, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs (unless you received a damaged order or incorrect merchandise...see above). We strongly suggest adding insurance, otherwise you are responsible for the cost of lost or damaged goods being returned. A refund will be issued the same way it was processed. This may take up to 7 to 10 business days once your return reaches our facilities.
